RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Zyra Weaves, each product is carefully curated and crafted. As our offerings include handwoven and handcrafted textiles, we follow a transparent and structured policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

By placing an order on www.zyraweaves.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

Returns will not be accepted for reasons related to personal preferences such as color variation, fabric texture, weight, or design aesthetics, as these are inherent characteristics of handcrafted products.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products purchased during promotional campaigns
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Products that show signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Mention your Order ID
  3. Attach clear images or videos showing the issue
  4. Submit the request within 48 hours of delivery

Requests raised after this timeframe may not be accepted.


4. Return Approval & Inspection

  • All return requests are subject to verification and inspection.
  • Zyra Weaves reserves the right to approve or reject a return request based on product condition and policy compliance.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are permitted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to availability.
  • If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
  • Exchanges for size, color, design preference, or change of mind are not permitted.

6. Refund Policy (Post Return)

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from Zyra Weaves.


7. Return Shipping

  • In cases of approved returns due to Zyra Weaves’ error (damaged/incorrect item), return shipping instructions will be provided.
  • In all other cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

9. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

Zyra Weaves reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of:

  • Repeated or excessive return requests
  • Suspected misuse or fraudulent activity
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions

10. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
