  • Processing time may vary during peak seasons, festive periods, exhibitions, or special launches.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Customers will receive order confirmation and dispatch details via email or WhatsApp.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping, if available, will be clearly mentioned on the Website or communicated separately.

Zyra Weaves reserves the right to limit shipping to certain locations based on logistics partner availability.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Any additional charges such as remote area fees (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of order placement.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or regional restrictions.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Zyra Weaves is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the shipment has been handed over.


6. Address & Delivery Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
  • Zyra Weaves will not be liable for delivery delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Any re-shipping costs arising from incorrect address details may be borne by the customer.


7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the shipment may be returned to origin.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping may be done at an additional cost, or
  • The order may be cancelled without refund of shipping charges.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  • Please do not accept the delivery, or
  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos

Issues reported after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

Zyra Weaves shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier service disruptions

10. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability. Customers will be informed accordingly.


11. Cancellation & Shipping

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
